Order cancellations are accepted within 2 business hours of receiving your order.
If the order is placed outside of regular business hours, please contact us within 2 hours of reopening on the following business day.
If an order is cancelled the funds could take up to 7 business days to be reflected on your statement even though the refund was issued on the same day of cancellation.
Orders with a billing/shipping address mismatch will not be accepted via our website unless authorized and protected through PayPal.

The processing time is necessary for several reasons and is the time BEFORE the order actually leaves our facility and is in transit to you.
Transit times are the time frames between your order leaving our facility and arriving to your address.

Hair bundles, frontal, closures, wigs will have a processing time between 4-6 business days.
There will then be a shipping time between 7-10 days.
Please plan accordingly before ordering.
Regular Lashes are shipped out 2-3 days after purchase.
Luxury mink lashes are pre ordered and take up to 7-10 days to ship.
Lost Packages
In the event that your package has not arrived to your shipping address and appears to be lost or stolen, all packages are insured under USPS.
Please contact your nearest USPS office to discuss the next steps to retrieving the package or refunding you the insurance payment.
