Payment policy:

• All payments on the day of the appointment is due in CASH ONLY!
• I do not accept credit/debit card payments in person.
• I do not have a way of processing electronic payments in person.
• Please ensure that you come with the exact change.
• Artist do not run a cash draw and may be unable to give out change.
• Tips after service is provided are accepted and highly appreciated.

Appointment requirements:

• During services, please DO NOT bring any kid (s) or extra people as that time is only allocated for your attention.
• If booked in groups or pairs only the clients being attended to are allowed in the service area.
• Please STAY OFF OF YOUR PHONE!
• Please be relaxed and keep head up and not down.
• Please come with a bare, clean face.
• Please have brows cleaned/ waxed. 
• If brows are not cleaned/waxed, I’ll shape the brows for a fee of $10.00.
• Please be advised that I WILL NOT do makeup on client (s) that have not shape their brow.
• Please do not arrive late for your appointment.
• A $20 early bird fee before 9am will be charged
• Appointments outside working hours are considered squeeze in appointments and are subject to a $15.00
• A deposit of $30.00 is required 30 days before service.
• A travel fee of $25.00 is due along with deposit at the time of booking.
• Please reply to confirmation text within 24hrs prior to appointment to avoid cancellation.

Late Policy:

• Squeeze in or late appointments $15.00
• 10 minutes after your appointment is consider late. A $10.00 late fee will be charged. 
• RESCHEDULES are required to pay another deposit.
• The deposit goes towards your service and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
• In any case where I would need to cancel the appointment for personal reasons, the deposit will then be refunded.
• Once late to their appointment for over 15 minutes appointments are automatically cancelled.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients are not allowed to reschedule their own appointment online.
• Please contact artist to reschedule appointment
• Clients are only allowed to reschedule once. After one rescheduling your deposit is voided.

Traveling Policy:

• Artist only travel for parties that consist of 5 or more people.
• Artist is willing to travel for photoshoots, weddings, birthday parties, events, etc.
• Artist will travel up to 20 miles.

No call No show policy:

• No call no shows are forbidden!

Early a.m. appointment:

• If you desire to book an appointment before 9:00 a.m. there will be a fee of $25.00.
• Please contact artist by text/email to book.

Bridal Inquires:

• Please send a very detailing email to infor@dreszual.com for a quote on bridal makeup services.
• Bridal Trial Makeup is $125.00. At which time all colors and look will be finalized.

Location:

• Location will be provided a day prior the appointment due to artist working from a private location.
• Please make sure that all contact information is correct!
• If your contact information is not right, and we are unable to contact you, you will forfeit your spot.
